The Team

family owned and operated

T3 Roasters is a small family owned business and our name represents who we are. We are the Tucker family and there are 3 of us…T3!!!

Gary is our resident roaster. He started roasting coffee in 2017. Since then, he has devoted his time to learning, developing, and perfecting the craft of coffee roasting.

Linda is your local caffeine dealer. She functions as the Marketing Director, Creative Designer, Hospitality Coordinator, Delivery Driver and more. She also manages our social media. If you see a post on social media or send a message to T3 Roasters, it is most likely Linda who responds. Additionally, she responsible for creating our specialty product line of uniquely handcrafted coffee inspired gifts and accessories.

Together we have a coffee-loving daughter who can hustle anyone into a bag of coffee. She helps roast, package, sample, sell, ship and deliver.

We deliver locally and ship nationally. Check out our shop page for a list of our current offerings and descriptions.

Send us a message anytime. We are happy to answer any questions you have about our coffee and products.

The Roaster

The Roaster:

Quality and Process

In 2017, Gary roasted his first batch of green coffee beans and ever since then, T3 Roasters has been in pursuit of producing the best coffee possible.

Building off of his background in Electrical Engineering and Thermodynamics, Gary spent three years of research and development to build the ideal coffee roaster to produce the highest-quality specialty coffee on the market. In January 2020, after several prototypes, he achieved the goal of completing a fully computer-controlled, small-scale commercial roaster.

In 2021 we upgraded and now roast with our US built Diedrich roaster. We produce a unique roast profile for each individual coffee we offer to ensure that each bean is roasted to its full flavor potential with quality you can taste.

This is not the coffee you will find at the grocery store or your local national-chain coffee shop. Every time you place an order with us, you’ll be receiving top-quality coffee that is not roasted until your order is placed.

No job is too big or too small, T3 Roasters can meet the demands of your business or organization. Now roasting on our US-built Diedrich roaster, we produce a unique roast profile for each individual coffee we offer. This ensures that each bean is roasted to its full flavor potential and preserves the uniqueness of its origin.

We do not add any flavorings to our coffee – the taste you receive comes from the care of the coffee farmers, processors, and roaster. Additionally, each bag is flushed with nitrogen and hand-marked with an exact roasting date, so you know it’s fresh!

We have dedicated a lot of time to carefully select and perfect each coffee we have to offer. Now, we want to share our passion with you.

The Farmers

The Farmers

Our goal at T3 Roasters is not just to sell coffee beans, but to develop a relationship that is centered around great coffee. We are committed to ensuring you enjoy the highest quality coffee from around the world that are consciously sourced and passionately roasted.

It all starts with the bean, and the bean is about the farmers.

With that in mind, we are incredibly selective with the beans we roast and the people we work with. We’re cultivating relationships with our farmers around the world… we even know them by name.

We take a “roots to roaster” approach, partnering with organizations that work directly with the farmers to assist and train them in sustainable production techniques. These groups have developed a global approach to sustainably sourcing high-quality specialty coffee beans.

Buying T3 Coffee is investing in not only quality coffee, but small economies around the world and the families that farm our beans. We make sure that our farmers are paid a fair price ensuring their farms are able to have a sustainable business, ensuring success for them, their families and their communities for years to come.

For optimal flavor and freshness, we recommend grinding your own beans. Use the form below to see which grind option we recommend for various brewing methods.
